look into news corp (nws) it is acquiring heritage media (htg) deal will be finalized today or tomorrow. Each htg share gets 1.3825 nws pffd (nws/p) shares. htg at 19 7/16 nws/p at 14 1/8. (htg at premium)_ additionally the company announced a 1.3 billlion dollar buyback of the preffered close to 100mil shares. almost the entire float. look at my posts on the nws thread
