Hey, Rocky. You would think LA LA land would attract GOOFIs, but as far as I can tell I'm the only one behind the Orange Curtain. Does anyone know if York (the air conditioner people) is public? I've heard an interesting story about a big contract they have for installing energy efficient air conditioners in one western state (not CA). The deal involves rebates guaranteed by a utility and a government agency. I don't think this qualifies as inside information, as my source doesn't work for York or the utility, but is in the field of mega-buck energy rebates. I wasn't thinking "investment" and didn't commit the figures to memory when I was talking to him; if York looks like a pure play on ac and is public, I'll shake him down for the details. Later, GOOFs.
