Well, they certainly didn't win anything, that's for sure.....

This guy's supposed to be a correctional officer at a
Virginia prison, but apparently when it comes to
performing his job outside the confines of the
Commonwealth, he turns into Sergeant Stupid.

If this is true, there's got to be more to this story than
his BS about a failure of the chain of command & lack of
proper training. Hell, even a dumb palooka like me who has
ZERO correctional officer training knows that what they
did was clearly gross mistreatment & illegal.
