JFred-- Instead of the equipment mfg., have you thought about the utility involved? If there's a deal, what's in it for them? If I was a gambler, I'd wager that 9 out of 10 investors who hear of 'the deal' would think of the air conditioner company. And money is usually made by going where others don't think to go. Just a thought, it may lead into a dead end. Where does one find a GOOFI? Well... that leads me into wondering what others think a GOOFI is. Perhaps mistakenly, I expect the GOOFS thing to appeal to independant, nonconformists... contemporary Theareau's at their own specific version of Waldon's Pond. Or maybe I'm just transposing the image of self onto others. Regards, TBG Paul
