But I think that the institutions have those things (future earnings, long term market growth, etc) in the back of their mind, and they all know what happened when AMAT, et al took off a year ago. Look back a month at the quick move from 27 to 38. It didn't take long once it got going. The move this time could be even quicker, once it gets started, especially since everyone knows it went to 38 the last time people thought earnings were recovering. The only question is what will be the trigger that starts it moving, and when. My opinion is that there are alot of traders out there trying to use money elsewhere, but keeping an eye on this stock so that they can catch it when it starts to move. But, as to when, I have no clue. But WFR is showing some muscle since it hit 25 5/8, and this market is kind of crazy, so who knows, it may come sooner than most expect.
