Do you really believe ... UTV is one of Americas leading investors in seed, early and expansion stage minority owned technology companies. That may be what they say on their website, but IMO that is BUNK! Urban Technology Ventures LLC (UTV) is a Toby Morning venture and Morning is heavily involved with KWNS which I have nicknamed POBC. In addition, I refer you to the press release: 10/01/04 KWNS completes Letter of Intent to Acquire Urban Technologies Ventures LLC of Los Angeles, California* Message 20599812 I started a KWNS board in September 2003. You will find all press releases and most links to SEC filings since. Subject 54250 I actively post on the RB board. ragingbull.lycos.com IMO this POBC* is a scam and the parties involved in it are a bunch of crooks selling worthless stock to innocent investors.
