I agree with the bottom line too. Why is VRB such a good buy now? Posted By: stockhound8 Post Time: 2/1/05 22:47 « Previous Message Next Message »
-Call or email or read Mr. Bob Bishop's last write up on VRB. 2-VRB got the deal of the year, when they bought Regenesys. They received million of dollars of useable cell membrane, plus all the other million of dollars in equipment, plus the rights to use the patents, and R&D. Plus the parent company of Regenesys liked VRB so much they invested more in VRB than we paid for the whole Regenesys package.
-Ask Mark from Regenesys how close they were to full completion of TVA and the England site. Ask him why he agreed to join VRB. Ask him how many high level contacts he has in the electricity field. See how many electrical conferences he attends, and if he has a chance to talk about VRB at them.
-Read the 29 page detailed report on VRB by LOM, and their buy recomendation which was based on sales in 2005, that some believe will be easily surpased. I wonder why they have bought millions of VRB shares? This was not a paid for report, and it goes out to the big companies.
-Ask Brad Williams from PacifiCorp why he became a member of VRB's Advisor board. Ask him what he thinks about Moab.
-Ask anyone that was at the Dec 2004 AGM why they were all so positive and happy with their investment. There were some very large shareholders there.
-Check out the Cash Flow into VRB shares, since end of Dec. It is quite positive and bullish.
-Call the head guy at P.I. that was incharge of all the financings in the past few years, and ask what he thinks about VRB. I wonder how many shares he has, and if he is selling or holding?
-Check out how competitive VRB's new 5kw small telecom units will be when compared to the current lead acid batteries. How many do you think VRB could/will sell if the selling price is almost the same? Remember that 150,000 are replaced every 5 years in North America alone. Now add the rest of the world to that (except Australia) WOW, that is a lot of units.
- See how many units they will be able to make at the new manufacturing plant they are building in Richmond, BC, near Vancouver. Can they add a 2nd shift, can they expand it?
-Call a big shot at the USA D.O.E. and ask how they like VRB, and how much interest they have in our products.
-Call Magnetek, Sandia labs, or Seabreeze, and ask what they think about VRB.
-Take a look at the low volume of shares that has been sold, while VRB came down over the past week or two,and set a new higher low, and a new higher base level.
-Ask how much of a head start VRB has over Reliable Power to sell VRB's. I wonder how much R & D and overhead SEI has to cover when they sell a VRB before they break even?
-Ask if at current pricing, are the VRB-ESS already economical for many potential users.
-Ask VRB how many potential sales they have in the pipeline, or how many potential sales were on the Charts at the AGM and how close they were then. Ask how many calls they get, and which Countries are calling.
-The August 13, 2003 large North American blackout, costs the economy US $4-US $10 billion. Ask if the VRB-ESS is one of the solutions that could reduce these economic costs. VRB management estimates that the direct benefits of preventing a power interruption to a single customer can be as high as US $1 million per event.
-Ask VRB if their sales order book could be full by the end of 2005.
-Ask yourself why would anyone in their right mind, sell their VRB shares now. (unless they are a trader.)
-Ask why the last financing was sold out on the 1st day, and how they managed to achieve that, when the minimum investment was $100,000 Canadian.
I'm holding all my shares. |
