Zeev, The source of the info is Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter analyst report dated July 25, 1997. Section INTEL UPDATE reads: "Intel disengaged from MEMC several years ago for strategic reasons that no longer exist today. MEMC has been working hard at Intel to become qualified as a 200mm wafer supplier. Unfortunately, Intel has stopped qualifying any new 200mm suppliers and is only seeking 300mm suppliers at this time.
