Message 21053983 Yes, I imagine he must have seen the refs I post, certainly most of them, because they are readily available and it's clear he keeps a library of bookmarks. So, although it requires a bit of homework to find them it doesn't matter -- if he has seen them maybe others haven't and it also gives me a chance to be sure of the argument in my own mind.
