Hi Jim,

Thanks for that. HSE.TO, mentioned by Coxe, also has heavy oil refining capacity. I think this one still has some room. PE of 16, fwd PE of about 13. They have some oil sands properties that aren't valued. C$16bn mkt cap, and HSE's oil sands properties have about 23 billion barrels of bitumen in place across 425,000 acres. With that much property and bitumen in the oil sands, they could create and spin off a Suncor. FTO (Frontier) has a decent PE of 13, but no oil sands. PCZ is just incredibly cheap.
