Not exactly! The US sets up the permanent military bases in Afghanistan (anti-terrorism is just an excuse), in Kyrgyzstan, and in Uzbekistan. And the US would dream to set up permanent military bases in N. Korea too. Kyrgyzstan has more than 1,000 kilometers boarder with China, and any oil from Caspian to China has to go through Kyrgyzstan. And this chaos in Kyrgyzstan has CIA hands written all over. And now due to the chaos in Kyrgyzstan, China may very well have to cancel the plan to build an Uzbekistan-Kyrgyzstan-China railroad.

As for WMT, yes, you are right. The US wants to use WMT to invade the China from inside, not surrounding it from outside. And they seem pretty successful up to now.

This following poster may sound nuts, but he might speak on behave of NeoCons' strategy very well.
