How does the Huels association guarantee polysilicon? I don't believe they have any merchant production. I've seen data on this in the past, esp. when the industry believed poly would continue to limit growth, and recall no Huels involvement. To my knowledge, MEMC produces poly in Italy and at Albemarle, in addition to purchasing poly on the market. Wacker has been the #1 producer for some number of years and is used by almost everyone in the business, as an example of a merchant producer. Does Huels produce trichlor, a primary precursor for poly? The economics of polysilicon production (very poor) demand close proximity to trichlor. Please clarify your statement.
