Contemplate this relation between the DRAM market and the raw wafer
market: When DRAM prices fall dramatically, unit volume no doubt
rises, although not by enough to prevent the DRAM producers' dollar
volume from falling. Thus falling DRAM prices should lead to
increased demand for raw silicon.
