Laz and Thread, Message 21226202 I dunno, but I'd feel really guilty and ashamed if I were to learn I had plucked a happy salmon from joyful salmonhood and plopped him/her on hot coals for Sunday brunch. I always try to stick with the unhappy, joyless salmon. With just the right seasonings and proper cooking temperature, those morose salmon can be quite tasty. - Holly
