Wonder no more, the answer is in fact you have not asked me this question, have you?
In the event that you want to ask me this question, I would simply turn around the question, and comment ...
(a) Tibet was never ever a sovereign state, and is no more foreign to China than is Hawaii foreign to the USA;
(b) Korea? why should China apologize, for what, for saving the N.Koreans from the S.Koreans and the Americans?
(c) Vietnam? China will likely apologize as soon as the US apologizes.
The level of history learning is not the best in the nature of the questions, or the motivations are not pure.

To which a possible Yankee response would be (a) invasion can only happen be by one country of another, and (b) as in the case of the US civil war, the North simply guarded the integrity of the Consitution by doing whatever to the South. No?
I guess, as in the case of all history, it is all very selective, and much of it is Just Is. BWDIK.
