The main point of the DLJ downgrade is that NTPPro will eat into the margins of SUNW.
It also talks about the fact that SUNW is currently at the higher end of its valuation range relative to where the stock has come from.

Summary in a nutshell, SUNW has come a long way. now at the high end of historical valuation with a very serious threat to margins going foward maby it is time to downgrad the stock.
