"I have never said the fetus was simply an egg"

You have, and continue to use this false terminology to obscure the fact that the Zygote is no longer "simply an egg" but is a new and unique individual Human Being, genetically distinct from the mother.

"Individuals are not "defined" into existence."

Correct, they come into existence (as a matter of scientific fact) when sperm and egg combine to create a new Person. These "individual" persons are cannot be defined out of existence any more than they can be defined into existence. Their "inalienable rights" stem from their Humanness and must therefore be taken into account by others including the mother who's actions may affect the life of the unborn person in the same way that the mother must limit her actions to preserve and protect her older children.

What about Siamese Twins; are they incapable of possessing inalienable rights?

Any parent is obliged to feed protect and "keep" their child alive. Are they also deprived of inalienable rights?
