There must be another dimension to the analysis. Specifically, mine vs SAGD. It seems to me that the recoveries would be higher for a mining operation - but the costs would be also higher.

I have more studying to do. Certainly the total bbls in place with CLL and its location make it very attractive. With financing now in place - the game should be clear - no bad deals for a partner.
