If Pescod's oil consumption numbers are right, and assuming China's per capita oil use increases to half that of South Korea and India's increases to one quarter that of South Korea, then we need another 29 million BBL/day, or total production of about 113 million BBL/day, even if no other countries increase per capita consumption. I think this is an impossible goal.
