TECK in talks with an other oil sand company???? Who could that be other than PBG or CLL? Deer Creek IMO is out of the price range for TECK now that TOT has made the move.Besides China is rumored in Toronto as the undisclosed bidder for DCE.That leaves CLL or PBG.IMO CLLs off the shelf program ties it to the NG price.The prize is PBG and the THAI,a company looking to buy a company will look for the lowest cost producer,PBG fits the bill as the best of the breed in the oil sands.I think that PBGs trading pattern tells us they are "in play".
