T - Coxe periodically addresses this in his call. He has resolved it by telling the traders that they are on their own in terms of identifying trading signals. He acknowledges that different groups work on different timeframes but ultimately his work is focused on the big picture. The challenge here is that a takeover announcement could come at any time and that may or may not be telegraphed by trading action. Once the news hits, you're either in or you're out. I'd rather be in.
