Which oil sands company do you think Bill Powers is referring to in his recent letter dated October 28?:

Our mid-tier energy equity portfolio is comprised of three US-based E&P companies and one Canadian-based firm that is actively pursuing both conventional oil and gas production in Western Canada and the development of its very exciting oil sands project. (Oil sand is defined as sand that is saturated with carbon-rich, extremely viscous oil.)Our Canadian-based mid-tier producer (which recently graduated from the small-cap portion of the portfolio) is a company that is a classic example of the type of company we look for. Great management team with a stellar track record, well-capitalized and great assets but has remained under the radar screen of the investment community. After meeting with the company’s management’s team in Calgary in April of this year, I was convinced the company had both the technical strength and financial savvy to develop both their conventional oil and gas assets and a leading-edge oil sands project. The
company is now one of our largest holdings.
