If you want to indict Bush, you're going to have to take a lot of Dems with him. Not that I defend the NSA's practice. The problem is NO LAW has been passed banning interception of international communications. (Not that pressure from the NSA and the military, of which it is a part, could POSSIBLY have anything to do with that, right?) And the NSA ASSURES us that it ONLY monitors that, not domestic traffic. You believe them, right? :-)
