Doug and all, Couldn't resist the temptation to leap in again. I am in regular contact with the folks in the 300mm project and recently forged new links with the 200mm rod lab. I can't characterize the mood there as exuberant, but I don't see any long faces on my visits. Mostly people, if frustrated or unhappy, are that way because of the output pressure they're feeling. The new 200mm epi facility is ramping faster than anticipated and people there are stressed by internal demands. Some grumbling about "failure to anticipate" is evident. Lots of overtime for the maintenance crews. Wages aren't rising as rapidly as some want, but those in the stock plan are satisfieed with performance. I guess I have to say I am too, having got in at the last turnaround ca. $26. olduvai5
