What about the Dec 21 (Wed) PM decline as being a failed fifth? I see no problem with that. This read implies that the action from that low is a new advance. I would get nervous about this theory if the index falls under 1675 - yesterday's minor intraday low (maybe w2 of the new up wiggle). In any case, if today we have a weak day, I'll probably close out the longs and go S-T flat...
