I guess I agree with you, but it still seems to me that Canadian energy stocks are the real place to be, especially the tar sands. Other businesses could be vulnerable to a world-wide recession. I consider that with most of my investments and investment income denominated in Canadian currency, I am very thoroughly committed to Canada's fortunes already.
