Article in today's National Post regarding India's possible investment in Alberta Oils Sands. It quotes a person from Peter & Co that he believes India might be looking at Synenco or possibly UTS. CNQ, Imperial Oil aren't looking for partners. My apologies for not posting full article here as I do not have access to the online edition. W
