Labeled a 30 min chart of SPX... presenting some general ideas for both bullish and bearish outlooks. Interestingly, what's bearish for the short term may not be the same for the larger picture... in fact, it may even turn out to be quite the opposite. The key, imo, is whether the decline off Jan 11 top was a "three-waver", or an impulse. In the former case, we should be on our way to (eventually) see new highs.
