There's been a lot of interest in PTII, but how can they take part in the oilsands with say 10-15 million when countries such as India and China getting involved. PTII says that they are going to the land sales in March.... to bid against India?

I love the fact that they have no debt and only 5 million plus shares outstanding, but I don't see how they can pull this oilsands play off.

Can anybody enlighten me?
