Hi wilder,

I think Serono helped in the reverse merger process with cnvx since it has just an Humab d93 in preclinical trials and no lead compund and 60M$ cash in hand. Also ipo conditions are not esp good in germany and this is an easy way to access the US market.

Are you bearish on MT201:-)?
