My best guess....They won the 8in mkt from the Japanese and are afraid of losing ground to them in 12in. They thought I was an employee leaking what was happening to them re FEROs shipping a 300mm system to a Japanese customer (SEH?) thier biggest competitor while WFR is still holding a cookoff that probably won't be completed until next spring. That gives the compitition 6-8 months of tweeking thier machine while WFR is trying to decide whose to buy. But then you may be right....they have too much time on thier hands or the legal dept had to justify thier salaries. In any event I'm history with this puppy..too many good non paranoid companies out thier for me to bother with these idiots. Best of luck. If the japanese are gaining you'll need it. I just don't want to take the chance they are
