I'm out of MSEV again at 0.22, in PTII and HAO to play this deal. China mulls oil sands bid: report theglobeandmail.com Article mentions CNQ, HSE. So they dont want to go small likw CLL or PBG, China wants a big deal, and they don't want to go early stage like POU probably because they already have that in SYN.
