Where did you get lead time, capex and production level info?

Conventional deposits of this magnitude just don't exist anymore, other unconventional oil deposits ie) deep sea oil, also require long lead time and huge capex monies. Reference Statoil, just bringing online a major deep sea well discovered back in 1997.
