Chevron will spend MANY BILLIONS in development, and it will take 10 YEARS to get operational, and after all that, ultimate production will be...100,000 barrels a day Where did you get lead time, capex and production level info? Conventional deposits of this magnitude just don't exist anymore, other unconventional oil deposits ie) deep sea oil, also require long lead time and huge capex monies.
