When you look at the numbers for last year, 2005,

both Bookings and Billings were down compared to 2004. How do you add capacity when Billings are constantly going down, and Billings were less at the end of 2005 than at the beginning of 2005?

As I mentioned previously, SEMI is ready to give us another data point for Feb this afternoon at 3:00pm Pacific Time.

Note that the BtB has been less than 1.0 since Sept 2004, a period of 17 straight months - and that is adding capacity???
