Well, James, I appreciate the insight and it is true that companies that "steal" will be sued. BUT my question was really going to what was unique about THAI and, by extension, what can't be duplicated by someone else using a different methodology. Like I said before, one would think there would be thousand ways to add O2 to regulate a burn. You can't patent the adding of O2---only the precise method of doing so.
