Once again you have revealed your ignorance of Latin America by making incorrect assertions based on incorrect generalizations

In Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru the situation is different from other South American countries because only in these countries do you have the confluence of a majority Indian population, endemic poverty concentrated among those Indians, and an economy that is overwhelming based on the extraction of raw materials.

Hence it is in these three countries that you can expect the rise of a Indian populist nationalist like Morales or Humala.

Look at Brazil where the populist leftist who was elected president turned out to be a moderate very friendly to corporations, which makes Brazil a much better place for mining companies to operate in than all but a few American states.
