OK--here it is as I know you have been breathlessly awaiting this.

If everything comes to pass that is delineated in the press release this stock will eventually be a winner.

But before that occurs, here is what has to happen:

1. They have to get the financing (without seriously diluting the shares out there).

2. They have to get drilling rigs on site and producing.

3. They have to produce in the ball park of at least 10,000 bpd (and so do the other pods developed in the future) and remember the press rlease used the word "expected" in this regard.

4. They have to acquire the means to ship the product somehow to a refinery somewhere.

5. Costs can't go thorough the roof.

6. Mother Nature can't do a freak show on them.

7. They can't have major accidents on the production site.

8. The political environment has to stay friendly.

9. The investment environment has to stay friendly (No new taxes).

10. The market for the oil has to stay strong.

I am NOT saying all of this can't happen. It can. What an investor has to weigh is how much capital he wants to risk at 4 CD a share weighing the perceived return against these risks.

Aren't you glad I am a contributing member to this thread?

Bill
