Thanks, Al. I am sure this will probably be reassuring not only to me, but a lot of folks who were wondering the same thing. You probably did your own DD thoroughly BEFORE taking the plunge which should be a lesson to me.

Is your part of Canada having a drought? Somehow I never associated heat and dryness with Canada.
