In your conversation with Ben did he tell you what kind of financing RACE would be doing (e.g. debt, convertible debt, common, Reg D common, convertible preferred) and when he expected to close on the deal?

IMO, RACE should be in a very good position come next quarter and start to show some " significant " revenues.

What do you consider "significant"? $100k? $1.0 million? More?
