Moron, that's the 2005 list. Israel slipped down for the 2006 list. I've already posted parts of the 2006 list.

LEBANON (TIER 2)

Pick another country besides Lebanon. On the 2006 list Lebanon is Tier 2 and Israel is a Tier 2 Watch list.
