Yes even Afghanistan may be a lost cause.. Thanks for the link. Message 22795983 By the way.. what's up with Afghanistan... Now that Canada is more heavily involved... we hear a lot more about it... Just what was the success there ? Is the Taliban gone ? no.. are a few major cities.. under UN control with basically a martial law... yes.. Is a blind eye being turned to the cultivation of opium poppies ? yes... Drug production is apparently 1/3 the Afghan GDP...
