As for the "other issues" you highlighted - You highlighted almost the entire thing. One point was simply that insurgents, terrorists, and guerrilla fighters don't announce themselves or where uniforms. Well duh... Another statement was about how Bush supposedly pulled electric cars off the road. (Without any support for that statement). Another point was about oil subsidies, and yes the oil industry is subsidized in the US, and I'd like to end such subsidies as well, OTOH the industry is also massively taxed, in addition to all the normal taxes, there are additional taxes on gasoline, diesel etc. The Iraq invasion and occupation has been almost entirely about oil profits.
