VTOPF is a great buy with this sell. in checking the web there is a lot of activity in regards to foreign investment in Viet Nam. I can only see the business climate in Viet Nam as positive. I have not been to Viet Nam in years, but it is interesting to see on the web all the new construction of the past few years; also, it appears as if the average population is quite young. I will try to re- find that and post accordingly. I came across some interesting information the other day. in comparison to the rest of the world, the US is a major laggard in the world economy. it pains me to realize as to what it indicates and that is the world probably needs less of us with each passing day. just my opinion this day.
