I do not know if MEMC would be a candidate, but you would think that Rockwell might want to diversify since there are so many semicompanies.

But if Rockewell wants a wafer company there are wafer companies that are private.

You would think that Rockwell might focus on some of the niche players, like Ascend Communications, Cascade Communications or Iomega.
