Hello to all, I am very amused about your discussion wether MEMC will be a take-over candidate or not. As far as I know from German companies they are very conservative. About 51 % of MEMC belong to VEBA AG. One of the biggest German companys. They have more money than they are able to spend. They will never sell MEMC to another company. Bye, Robert
