Crony,

I don't remember any prediction of q1 revenue being 20 million. I vaguely remember some old predictions of 2006 revenues being in the 20-24 million range. From memory, I believe that HB's guidance has always been conservative and they have usually come out at the top of whatever range was predicted or exceeded it.

I think the big things for me on the cc were the revenue growth numbers, the ex-item profit for the year and the real biggie for me was that they are investing in their future as well as no longer being in survival mode but being very well placed for growth into their expanding markets. Previously, we were told about Simtek's potential markets but with what we have learned over the past year, Simtek really couldn't handle the growth if it had come its way. It seems that things are in place right now. The big thing is if they can execute on their growth plans.

So as to your question of will it grow and more importantly, will the stock price respond to this growth? To me, it seems that things are in place for the company to grow and the chances of it actually taking place are the best in the company's history. Now what we have to do is to wait and see if HB can deliver on these new promises.

Good luck.

Neal
