Mephisto,

I'm just a private investor. Retired from the Navy after 27 years a few years ago.

First Call data is available in America On-Line.

I get my Standard and Poors (S&P) data from the Reality Money Network. It provides S&P "Report Cards" on most stocks, updated monthly. These "Report Cards" have basic info on most companies and include analyst quality ratings, average trading volume, etc.. Most of the financial data is replicated in First Call, although First Call is updated more frequently than S&P, so is often more current.

I also call the Investor Relations departments of the companies where I invest my money. I guess I need a little hand-holding from time to time when the market gets a little "squirrelly" like it is now.
