I will be at work during the day on Friday so I will miss it and I don't have a VCR.
I went over again and saw what they are saying on RB. I wonder what would happen if people went back and calculated DM's salary and calculated in any stock based compensation. I would bet it would be much higher than what SB is quoting it to be and may be a much higher percentage of overall revenue that HB's right now.
For me, every time I listen to present management I do get the feeling that they get it where previous management almost always fell short of predictions. It would seem that the present team gives Simtek the best chance at long term success. They may cost more, maybe too much in some peoples estimations and that may have some validity, but if Simtek succeeds long term, they will be well worth the price. If I felt like they do about a company, I wouldn't be talking about it constantly on a bulletin board. I would sell and move on but that is just my opinion. Life is too short. I would just ask the naysayers a couple of questions. First, if old management was in place, do you think sales would be where they are now. Second, do you think margins would be where they are now. Third, would Simtek be listed on a major exchange with old management. If they feel the answer is yes to all of these questions, then they have a right to complain about HB and present management. However, I don't see how they could think this way in a rational manner.
JMO though.
Good luck.
