"It takes a superpower economy to support a superpower military."

If civil war takes place in Pakistan as I have predicted, the aggression will come from the frontier regions. The frontier regions are vast pristine mountain areas that have never been under the control of the proper Pakistan government. If or when Musharaf is taken out the military and government of Pakistan will be up for grabs and could easily go to revolutionaries. Money is no object since the funding for a revolution would come from various outside sources. India is already growing a superpower and once a fundamentalist regime is in power in Pakistan the likelyhood of matching India's military development is very high.
