PBG is NOT Enron. You can't call it a fantasy, unless you have proof that their operating some sort of scam.

It's also not a question of how much bitumen is in situ, but their ability to extract it economically in a timely fashion. There's no question that they have lots of reserves up there. The oil sands are overflowing with it. If it was a conventional reserve, I'd be calling for a reserve analysis. They had bigger fish to fry there (i.e. proving up THAI). Perhaps some conservatives on the patch would say this effort is a waste of capital, that they should focus on SAGD and proving up the reserves. IMO, that's not how revolutions are started.
